FCL & LCL Solutions

We tailor our ocean freight services to match your cargo volume, budget, and timeline.

FCL

Full Container Load

Ideal for large shipments. You book an entire container (20ft, 40ft, or 40HQ) exclusively for your goods. This ensures maximum security, less handling, and generally faster transit times once loaded.

  • Most cost-effective for volumes > 50 CBM
  • Reduced risk of damage (sealed at origin)
  • Faster transit (direct routing without consolidation)

LCL

Less than Container Load

Perfect for smaller shipments. You only pay for the space your cargo occupies inside a shared container. We consolidate goods efficiently at our origin warehouses to keep your supply chain moving.

  • Highly economical for volumes < 50 CBM
  • Weekly sailings to major global hubs
  • Flexible scheduling for e-commerce inventory

Our Ocean Freight Process

A systematic approach ensuring your maritime cargo sails smoothly.

Booking & Pick-up

We receive your booking, secure vessel space, and arrange inland trucking to pick up goods directly from your factory.

Loading & Consolidation

For FCL, containers are loaded directly. For LCL, goods are professionally consolidated at our port warehouse.

Export Customs

Our brokers handle all export declarations, VGM filings, and ensure complete compliance before the vessel departs.

Ocean Transit

Your cargo sets sail. We provide continuous tracking updates and milestone alerts until the vessel reaches the destination.

Import Clearance

We manage destination duties, taxes, and complex import procedures (like ISF/AMS/ACI) seamlessly prior to arrival.

Final Delivery

Containers are safely discharged and delivered by rail or truck straight to your warehouse or Amazon FBA center.

Ocean Freight FAQ

Essential knowledge regarding sea shipping regulations and terms.

What is a Bill of Lading (B/L)?

The Bill of Lading is a critical legal document issued by the carrier. It acts as a receipt for your cargo, a contract of carriage, and a document of title. We support Original B/L, Telex Release, and Sea Waybills depending on your payment terms with the supplier.

What are Demurrage and Detention fees?

Demurrage is charged when full containers are left inside the port beyond the allowed free days. Detention is charged when the empty container is kept outside the port longer than allowed. Our team carefully manages pickup and return schedules to avoid these costly penalties.

What is VGM (Verified Gross Mass)?

VGM is an IMO regulation requiring the shipper to declare the exact total weight of a packed container before it can be loaded onto a vessel. We assist you in calculating and submitting this mandatory data electronically to prevent missed sailings.

How is ocean freight pricing calculated?

For FCL, pricing is generally a flat rate per container (20', 40', 40'HQ). For LCL, the cost is calculated per CBM (Cubic Meter) or W/M (Weight/Measure ratio), meaning you pay based on the volume or weight your cargo takes up, whichever is higher.

Do you offer cargo insurance for ocean freight?

Yes, we strongly advise purchasing marine cargo insurance. We offer comprehensive "All-Risk" policies at highly competitive rates to protect your goods against loss, damage, or General Average declarations during the unpredictable ocean voyage.

Can you transport oversized or hazardous cargo (DG)?

Absolutely. Our specialized NVOCC network handles Out-of-Gauge (OOG) cargo using flat racks and open-top containers, as well as Class 1-9 Dangerous Goods (such as large battery banks or chemicals). We ensure full compliance with IMDG codes and secure the necessary vessel approvals.

How long does customs clearance take for sea freight?

With our proactive pre-clearance process, standard commercial shipments often clear US Customs within 24 to 48 hours before the vessel even arrives at the destination port. This allows for immediate inland dispatch once the container is unloaded from the ship.
